Baboom is a Croatian-born app designed to support women through various life phases — from pregnancy to motherhood, and everything in between.
It provides a safe, non-judgmental space where women can connect through personalized profiles, themed group chats, and local meetups.
There was no digital product on the Croatian market offering real community and emotional support for women during this life stage. Our goal was to create an entirely new app experience that would:
feel intuitive, warm, and trustworthy
visually reflect softness, care, and belonging
drive organic growth through emotional connection
We started from the ground up — naming, branding, UX strategy, and UI design.
Everything was designed with real users in mind: the color palette, typography, and illustration style were carefully crafted to communicate emotional safety, authenticity, and connection.
We’re currently building the MVP in Flutter, with a simple pre-launch web landing page used to onboard early users.
Baboom is in final development stages and is already building momentum through a waitlist and email onboarding funnel.
Once launched on iOS and Android, Baboom will provide a unique digital space where women can talk, connect, and support each other — free from judgment or pressure to be perfect.
The project reflects what happens when UX, emotional design, and brand purpose work together to create something truly meaningful.
